Your Role:
- Overseeing and undertaking work across accounts and tax (60%) and audit (40%)
- Working closely alongside other Managers and Partners
- Reviewing work of junior members of staff
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, offering strategic financial guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Staying informed about changes across audit, accounts, and tax regarding laws and regulations, advising clients regulary.
- Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
What you need:
- Exposure to audit work
- Strong experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients in both sizes
- ACCA or ICAEW qualified
- Proficiency in accountancy and office software
- Experience reviewing work
- Recent accountancy practice experience
