Ambition’s H2 Kick-Off & Summer Celebration at The Ned

To mark the start of the second half of 2025, the Ambition team came together for a dynamic H2 Kick-Off and Summer Party, hosted at the iconic The Ned in London. It was a day of reflection, recognition, and renewed focus, bringing our people together to align on our goals and celebrate everything we've achieved so far this year.

Team Building with a Creative Twist

Kicking off the afternoon was a unique and engaging team-building activity: a clay sculpting workshop, with a twist. The challenge? To interpret and showcase “high performance” using only clay.

This creative exercise encouraged each team to reflect on what high performance means to them whether it was collaboration, innovation, resilience, or results and turn those concepts into physical form. The results were imaginative, thoughtful, and a lot of fun. Beyond the laughter and friendly competition, the activity was a powerful reminder of the different perspectives and strengths that drive performance across our teams.

A Conversation with Nick Waterworth

We were delighted to be joined by Nick Waterworth, Ambition’s Founder & Executive Chair, who led a candid and inspiring Q&A session with the team. Nick shared insights into Ambition’s growth journey, the company’s global vision, and his perspective on what’s next as we enter H2. It was a pleasure to have him with us for the day, and his presence was both motivating and appreciated across the team.

Recognising Career Milestones

As part of the celebration, we also recognised two key promotions within the business:

Charles Serna was promoted to Senior Consultant
Tanzim Khan was promoted to Managing Consultant

These promotions reflected their ongoing contributions, professional growth, and the leadership they bring to their respective roles. A huge congratulations to both Charles and Tanzim on these well-deserved milestones.

An Evening to Remember at The Alchemist

Following an afternoon of collaboration and celebration, we wrapped up the day with drinks at The Alchemist. Known for its inventive cocktails and vibrant energy, it was the perfect setting to unwind and toast to the successes of H1—and the opportunities ahead in H2. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy and optimism, reinforcing the strength of our team spirit and culture.
