  • Coming in as an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the opportunity to brush up on your recruitment skills by engaging in a structured and tailored training programme.

What our employees say

“I can’t speak highly enough of the external management training that is provided at Ambition, both in  a group and one on one setting. The training is tailored to my individual needs and to the areas I am  looking to develop to help further my career.

The fact that it is run by someone who knows the industry inside and out is a huge advantage. I can generally say that I come out of every session taking away a number of new techniques and ideas that will help improve both myself and my team.” - Mark Harris, Divisional Manager
