Turnaround & Restructuring Senior Manager

One of the leading global turnaround and restructuring consultancies is looking to bolster up their London team following a highly successful and profitable year.

The turnaround team work on an array of UK and European engagements across multiple sectors and work closely with both management teams and key stakeholders to overcome strategic, financial and operational challenges.

To be considered, you'll need to have extensive financial/operational restructuring experience gained from either consulting, private equity, banking or industry.

Relevant project exposure could include:

• Financial and operational turnaround programmes
• Cash and working capital management
• Building, reviewing and maintaining short term cash flow models
• Formulating, reviewing and analysing business plans and financial forecasts.
• Implementation of cost reduction programmes.
• Supporting Chief Restructuring Officers
• Balance sheet restructuring.

Those with strong financial analysis and modelling skills, a solid understanding of financial statements and an ability to communicate effectively with clients during each engagement will be key.
