This is a brand new opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist to join this global firm and have a full all round role.

Responsibilities for this IT Training and Research Specialist are:

• Designing and creating products
• Conducting Research Services inductions for all the offices, lawyers, and staff to ensure a proper on-boarding is provided
• Creating and leading the annual training
• Creating and conducting both general and targeted training for lawyers, paralegals and business services
• Leading all product trials and rollouts throughout the offices
• Working with the Legal Talent team
• Organising internal training sessions for Research Services when needed
• Developing new avenues of communication within across the offices

To be successful in your application for the IT Training and Research Specialist role you will need:

• To be experienced in a similar position either as a Trainer in a professional services firm or work for a in house team that roll out training to law firms - this is essential
• Forward thinking and an analytical approach
• Proactive and hold strong communication skills
