Legal Administrator duties in a nutshell:

  • Greeting clients who are attending meetings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Processing expenses
  • Archiving and filing legal documents
  • Assist with arranging Business Development and client events
  • Carry out post room
  • Arranging and managing couriers
  • Dealing with confidential waste
  • Typing legal documents if necessary

Legal Administrator requirements are as follows:

  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Organisation
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Great personable skills
  • Professionalism
  • Experience of working in a professional services firm as an administrator is essential
