Tax & Partnership Assistant
This is a busy and demanding role and you will be part of a close knit well established team.
The role involves:
Maintenance of partners' accounts.
Assisting with the maintenance of partner's drawings and capital accounts on a monthly basis and critically at year end when profits and tax postings have been made to capital accounts.
Assisting with induction procedures for new joiners (for example, preparation of cash flow forecasts).
Assisting with calculation of profit shares for departing partners, including calculation of retirement compensation.
Dealing with all aspects of equity and fixed equity partners' monthly drawings.
Dealing with adhoc queries from partners.
Preparation of earnings reference letters.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in an accounts department within a Law Firm and have knowledge on Excel and willingness to learn new systems. You will be determined, organised, have good communication skills, flexible and committed.
