This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Senior PA who is looking to join a firm with a great culture or an experienced PA who is looking to step up to join them and support their head of media.

Duties required but not limited to are:

• Extensive and proactive diary and inbox management
• Global travel arrangements
• Marketing administration for the team
• Event management
• ad hoc admin support to the wider team

To be successful in your application for The Senior PA position, you will need to be:

• An experienced PA who has supported a Partner previously within any professional services
• Hold a proactive approach and hold the ability to horizon scan
• Confident in managing to a senior level and having the ability to push back when necessary
• Be highly organised and confident in using MS packages
