Senior Marketing Coordinator - 11am-7pm Work hours!

One of the world's largest law firms based in the city are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their offices on a permanent basis working from 11am -7pm!

The role will report into the US but will be supported with the UK based Marketing and BD team when needed. Within the role, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing website/microsite edits and postings, e-marketing, as well as maintaining the CRM system.

Within the role you will also be involved in:

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to stay a head of the curve with new legal software as well as research
• Process edits to the proposal took which include attorney biographies and practice descriptions
• Handle a high volume of website edits through utilizing the CMS tool to update the firms website, blogs and job postings
• Supporting the Marketing and BD team through trouble shooting any tech questions regarding website, email marketing and database needs

The ideal candidate would be familiar with Vuture (or similar marketing system) as well as a CRM system, excellent written and verbal communication and be able to prioritize work loads effectively.
