Senior Insolvency Manager
One of the UK's fastest growing accountancy firms is looking to make a strategic hire into their core insolvency division based out in one of their main Kent based offices.
The role is an amalgamation of case management and business development whereby this new hire will be actively supporting the Partners with the department's future growth across the south of the UK. Getting out into the market to meet existing and possible new work referrers will be one of your key weekly objectives alongside project managing the larger and more complex corporate cases.
There will be an element of overseeing case WIP, ensuring work is completed on time and to budget and that the staff have clear direction on taking appointments through to closure. The team does already have a day-to-day Manager and so you will very much be there to assist the management team on such internal matters.
To be considered for interview you need to have experience handling the full spectrum of corporate casework whilst having an appetite to get out into the market to develop new business. Those insolvency professionals with the JIEB will be viewed favourably although ACA/ACCA and CPI will also be considered.
Face-to-face selling and business networking skills will be key and so you must be a confident and commercial operator with the ability to generate long-lasting relationships.
