Senior CRM and Digital Executive

A top law firm based in the city are looking for an experienced Senior CRM and Digital Executive on a permanent basis and reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. The team you will be joining are responsible for the development and the implementation of the firms marketing strategy, including communications and business development.

The basis of the role is to be responsible for running as well as developing the firms CRM system confidently. In addition to providing support when needed on digital marketing systems but this role is very heavy CRM focused (InterAction).

The ideal candidate will be involved in:

• Driving the firms CRM use on a daily basis
• Ensure that the system meets the needs of the Business Development Strategy through working closely with the sector groups and practice areas
• Work with the Partners and Fee Earners to utilise contact management in line with the strategy
• Deliver CRM Projects as advised by the Digital Marketing Manager
• Taking responsibility for developing training programmes
