We are have been assigned on an senior client relationship management opportunity for a global US law firm with an established footprint in the London market. The role would suit an individual who has previously operated in a CRM capacity at management level, experience within financial institutions would be beneficial but we are open to individuals with legal CRM experience outside of this area.

Within the role you will be expected to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the clients and the fee earners in order to coordinate effective infrastructure and processes to deliver on their individual client care programs.

I have highlighted below a short summary of duties needed to be undertaken in the role;

*Work in tandem with senior relationship partners to implement client retention plans, whilst developing initiatives to further enhance potential revenues from existing and new clients to the business.

*Develop client relationship mechanisms to include central thought leadership campaigns to enhance the brand and levels of client engagement.

*Produce and coordinate client focused insight utilising internal and external research alongside knowledge gained from the client listening program.

*Implement and enhance best practice across the geographic regions in relation to CRM providing adhoc support and insight to fee earners across the business.

As highlighted earlier on, prior legal experience will be required but we could also be open to considering broader BD professionals who have CRM as a fairly sizeable part of their role and would be keen to specialise in this area.
