Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are have been assigned on an senior client relationship opportunity working for a leading international law firm. Within this role you will be responsible for playing a lead role in building a global key account program working both regionally and globally.


Within the role you will be expected to provide strategic leadership and guidance to partners and the various regional stakeholders in order to coordinate effective infrastructure and processes to deliver on their individual client care programs.

I have highlighted below a short summary of duties needed to be undertaken in the role;

*Work in tandem with senior relationship partners to implement client retention plans, whilst developing initiatives to further enhance potential revenues from existing and new clients to the business.

*Develop client relationship mechanisms to include central thought leadership campaigns to enhance the brand and levels of client engagement.

*Produce and coordinate client focused insight utilising internal and external research alongside knowledge gained from the client listening program.

*Implement and enhance best practice across the geographic regions in relation to CRM providing adhoc support and insight to fee earners across the business.


We are looking for individuals with a thorough understanding of managing client relationships within the professional services environment, having previous Legal experience within this field would also be advantageous.

Senior business development professionals who have a large amount of client relationship work in their current roles may also be suited to this opportunity.
