Senior Client Relationship Executive (Client Feedback)

A leading International Law firm are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Executive to join their Client Relationship Management team on a permanent basis. The role will look after the Real Estate area with key clients to focus on for internal client feedback, reporting as well as being client facing if you are keen to get involved in that side. You will be part of a team of 3 as well as having a US client relationship team to liaise with regularly. The clients you will be working closely with are on a global scale spanning the US and Middle East.

As the successful Executive you will be involved in:

• Managing relationships with New Business initiatives that bring new leads and opportunities to the firm
• Identifying and following up on opportunities to get client feedback for the firm
• Leading on pitches for focus clients
• Working with CMOs on as hoc strategic global marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate would be:

• Passionate about client relationship management
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Organised to a high degree to project manage
