Senior Business Development Manager - Employment
A global law firm are looking to add to their BD team in London by bringing in a Senior BDM to sit within their Employment practice group.
The role is a newly created opportunity and we are looking for a qualified fee earner/lawyer to make the transition into the role. As such we are focusing on someone with sector and technical expertise rather than pure BD experience.
The role will sit directly with the current fee earners and you will be responsible for leading on multiple BD disciplines & projects including;
- Client relationship management, including targeting new business
- Drawing up business plans for the sector group, managing & coaching the partners to achieve tangible business targets.
- Managing client reviews and feedback, conducting post transactional feedback with the clients and relaying back to partners.
- Pitch/Tender management, coordinating and providing strategic input on larger scale panel pitches.
