Senior Business Advisor - Guilford - Up to £40,000

This is an exciting new challenge for a qualified senior to join a top 10 accountancy practice based in Guildford.

An international accounting firm are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting and Financial Reporting team in their Guildford offices. You will be working closely with the senior members of the team to delivery high quality accounting services to clients.

As the Senior Business Advisor your main responsibilities will range from:

• Preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP (FRS102, FRS101) and other accounting frameworks such as IFRS
• Preparation of consolidations and cash flows for year-end statutory accounts
• Being the first point of contact for the clients, attending meetings and sharing your expertise
• Working closely with the managers and the partners
• Supporting junior members of the team with their development

Senior Business Advisor requirements:

• Fully ACCA qualified
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting software packages such as Xero and Caseware
• Extensive knowledge of FRS102
