Senior Bid Executive

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Bids Executive at a leading accountancy firm within their Business Development and Marketing team. You will work closely with the Bid Manager, Marketing, Business Development teams and alongside Partners. The role entails taking ownership of bids and driving best practice to maximise bid success within the London region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end to end bid process, bid qualification process and post bid reviews
  • Work alongside bid stakeholders to develop innovative client propositions
  • Work closely with the design and digital teams to develop market leading documents and presentation material
  • Contribute to written documents when required
  • Identify and share best practice on the bid centre including coaching partners and staff through the bid plan

The role requires:

  • Experience within the bid process and project managing bids
  • Ideally previous experience within profession services environment
  • A Proactive and self-motivated individual
  • Willingness to travel if required
