Senior Analyst - M&A - TMT - London

A top Corporate Finance Advisory firm, based in London, are in the search for a new senior analyst to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. This firm provides a variety of services focusing mainly on M&A, Capital Raising and Strategic Advisory.

Being experts in various TMT sub-sectors, they are now looking for an individual who has a strong interest in the TMT sector. Relative exposure to working on a number of M&A or Capital raising transactions will be preferred along with experience in building and creating complex financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in the varied stages of a deal and assist in the execution of transactions.
• Develop in-depth understanding of TMT sectors and understand the transformational changes affecting these industries.
• Accurate analysis and development of financial models and valuations using Word, Excel and other applications.
• Maintaining strong relationships with company clients

Preferably, you would have 3 years M&A experience.

It would be ideal for someone to have had relative modelling experience or relative exposure to Corporate Finance. If you are someone who has a genuine interest in TMT sectors within Corporate Finance, without necessarily having experience within TMT, then this role could be the one for you!
