An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and professional Secretarial Team Leader to join a Global law firm with a reputation for excellence and a track record of success. The firm is dynamic, innovative and has a strong and supportive culture.

This Secretarial Team Leader role is a pivotal position for the continued growth of the business and as such, the remit of the role is varied, including:

  • High level PA support across the group
  • Management of a team of PA's to ensure service delivery, quality and engagement
  • Workflow allocation
  • Resource planning
  • Performance management and reviews
  • Team training
  • Support the recruitment and induction process for new starters
  • Run regular team meetings
  • Ensure effective internal communication across the group
  • Support on new projects and initiatives

In order to be successful in this Secretarial Team Leader role you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, gained within Professional Services
  • Proven team management experience (managing at least 5 people)
  • Sound PA and admin skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working to deadlines and in a constantly changing environment
  • Mentoring and training experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
