Sales Coordinator - Property/Real Estate background

If you have experience of working within the property sector or perhaps for an estate agency and you love dealing with clients, then this temporary role is perfect for you!

Working for a well known Global property company, supporting a successful and dynamic sales team, this Sales Support Coordinator role will be busy and varied and will involve engaging with a range of clients who are interested in purchasing a property in a new, exciting, luxury residential development.

You wont be selling, but you will be the first point of contact for all interested parties, so you'll need to have the gravitas and confidence to deal with clients, answer a range of questions and walk them through the various options available to them. You'll need to have excellent communication and listening skills, as part of your role will be to help identify serious buyers versus clients that might be browsing.

This Sales Support Coordinator role requires a candidate with some knowledge of the property sector who gets a genuine satisfaction in helping people. You'll be well presented and have a flexible approach to your working hours and keen to gain some exposure in a high profile development.

The office is open 7 days a week and the team you will be working with work 5 days out of 7, so some weekend work is required, but you will receive your rota in advance.
