Risk Compliance Assistant
A Top 50 UK Law firm is looking to recruit a Risk and compliance assistant to join their close-knit team of three.
Within this role you will be required to:
Perform conflict searches.
Create and monitor clients and cases in accordance with policy and legislation.
Escalate AML issues to the AML committee
Monitor the conflict searches across the globe
Assist with training
Perform sanctions screening.
Issue the Terms of Business.
Ensure that clients are being cared for in line with Chapter 1 of the SRA Code of Conduct.
Manage KYC and AML data collection
In order to be successful in this role you must:
Have at least a years' experience in legal compliance
Have experience in training
Be a team player
Within this role you will be required to:
