Restructuring Vice President

One of leading global financial advisory consultancies is looking bolster up their core restructuring team by hiring a Vice President into the London office.

The advisory team focuses on non-formal restructuring and advisory engagements which covers Independent Business Reviews, short-term cash flow modelling, long-term integrated forecast appraisals, pre-lend reviewing, options reviews, contingency planning, accelerated M&A and stakeholder management.

As a VP in this core advisory team, you will be expected to take the lead on assignments from initial client meeting through to final review stage. Day to day responsibility will include undertaking detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, cash flow forecasts, models as well as identifying key trends and performance drivers with financially distressed businesses.

In addition to the hands-on technical analysis and reporting, you will be very client facing in that you will assist in the preparation and delivery of tenders for new work, draft and present Information Memorandums to interesting parties and be a key part of the firm's active business development and marketing initiatives.

You'll also ensure quality control, manage recoveries, billings and the career development of those more junior members in the team by running appraisals and conducting on the job training.

To be considered for interview, you must have experience in a managerial capacity within an advisory team at either another consultancy or reputable accountancy firm. ACA / ACCA / CA qualifications will be expected and insolvency qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
