Restructuring Manager - Big 4 - Advisory Focus

Ambition are recruiting an exciting role with one of the "Big 4" who are looking to add a Restructuring Manager to their team in London in a great opportunity offering an advisory focus.

Your role will be focused around working with Companies that are underperforming or "stressed" in order to offer and deliver sustainable outcomes. There will be advisory and restructuring on large-scale "big-ticket" projects.

Your day to day would include:

- Implementation of cost saving and working capital improvement plans.

- Reviewing Companie's fincnail position, risks and value and long term viablility.

- Reviewing and assessing capital structure and advising best practice.

- Monitoring the business's cash flow.

- Handling the negotiation and implementation of solutions with various senior stakeholders.

You must have extensive experience within a restructuring and advisory capacity. An accountancy qualification (ACCA / ACA) would also be highly advantageous.
