Restructuring - Associate Director

Ambition have been assigned on a role with a global consultancy who are actively looking to introduce a Restructuring Senior Manager or Associate Director to their office in Leeds because of work flow requirements.

This organisation offer advisory services and have a global network; particularly with entrepreneurial clients.

As a Restructuring professional at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level, your role is to manage large, complex and smaller projects as well as guiding and managing the junior members of staff. The projects focus on two core areas; namely insolvency and advisory assignments.

You wold focus on corporate insolvency procedures including Liquidations, Voluntary Arrangements with Administrations (including Pre-packs). On the advisory side, the assignments would include Independent Business Reviews, modelling, cash flow forecasting amongst others.

Based on the seniority of the opportunity, it is expected that you will have great technical acumen as well as a financial and analytical skill/mindset.

This role will appeal to a professional who is at least at Manager level looking to progress into a Senior Manager post. Alternatively, if you feel that you are ready to move into a Director position,;having a grasp of business development / work winning, this opportunity will be ideal.

To be considered for the role you must:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA/CIMA) or equivalent
• Extensive corporate insolvency experience
• Have worked on IBRs, forecasts,
• Have Excel and Modelling experience
• Be interested in doing Business Development / Marketing
