An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a hugely success Global organisation based in the heart of the City.
This Recruitment Administrator role is available with an immediate start, for a period of 3 months. The team you will be working alongside are professional, dynamic and friendly and the firm has a superb company culture.
This Recruitment Administrator role is a key position and the main responsibilities include:

  • Uploading new roles and candidates onto the ATS, keeping current status updated
  • Provide management reporting to the recruitment team
  • Updating job descriptions ensuring compliance and brand style
  • Support external advertising of roles
  • Schedule and coordinate high volumes of interviews
  • Coordinate room bookings and VC facilities
  • Obtain feedback for candidates
  • Organise various online and psychometric testing
  • Process expenses and invoices
  • Coordinate the offer and on-boarding process


To be successful in this Recruitment Administrator role, you will be an excellent administrator, have superb communication skills and great attention to detail.
Key skills for this Recruitment Administrator role include:

  • Strong IT skills, good grasp of MS Office and experience of CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment and to meet tight deadlines
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Immediately available and able to commit for 3 months
