To be successful in this Legal Receptionist role, you will have:

*Proficient skills in office IS systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*You will need previous reception experience ideally in a law firm or within a professional services environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience managing assignments and organising work to meet needs
*Fast and accurate typing skills
*Attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
*Ability to prioritise workload and be committed, enthusiastic and proactive.

Key duties and responsibilities of this Legal Receptionist role include:

*Incorporate managing the firm's reception using 'event management system' to manage the meeting room bookings
*Organising and liaising with clients, legal secretaries and other third parties for meetings and conference calls
*Answering and dealing with telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
*Liaising with Administrative Supervisor / UK Office Administrator regarding the booking of Corporate Apartments.
*Maintaining diaries and schedules for visitors; travel arrangements and internal and external lunches
*Use the Firm's technology, including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, information
systems, conduct Internet research, expenses, billing administration and document management
*Maintain professional and effective dialogue with clients when fee earners are away, ensuring close liaison with client care.
