We have been instructed to help assist a client with recruiting an array of new talent into their Cayman and BVI offices. Based on a significant uptick in new appointments across both jurisdictions, the business are looking to bring in a number of new heads from Senior Administrator up to Senior Manager before the end of the year with the recruitment processes to commence this month.

The work conducted is often contentious based corporate insolvencies which will require you to get heavily involved in conducting investigations into misappropriated assets, assisting with the sale of distressed assets, managing the cradle to grave statutory reporting, work on shareholder disputes and be the main point of contact for all third parties across each case in your portfolio.

Those coming in at the Manager and Senior Manager grades will be expected to lead on the larger and more complex appointments, be involved in setting out budgets and case strategy, help with the firm's future recruitment and be working alongside the Partners with local networking to help bolster the firm's brand with work referrers and clients.

To be considered for the role, you ideally need to hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CA) and have experience working on sizeable corporate insolvency appointments. Any previous exposure to working on offshore cases or appointments that are more contentious and investigative in nature would be advantageous.
