This temporary Property Administrator role is based in the Centre of vibrant Leeds in lovely offices, working with a professional and friendly team. The role is available with an immediate start and in an ongoing capacity.
The role of Property Administrator is key and you'll be responsible for lots of different tasks, including:
Dealing with incoming client enquiries
Updating in-house systems and databases
Preparation of a range of documents, from client letters to letters to Solicitors
Liaising with suppliers
Opening and closing client files
Reviewing contracts and lease agreements
Creating mail merges
Ad hoc admin support for a team of 4 people
To be successful in this temporary Property Administrator role, you will need:
2 years admin experience in a busy environment
Excellent MS Office skills
Strong organisational skills
First class communication skills
Superb attention to detail
The ability to work to deadlines and use own initiative
To be available immediately and in an ongoing capacity
