Partnership Accounting Assistant

This International Law firm are looking to recruit a Partnership Accountant Assistant to join their Finance department. This is an exciting role working within the Finance department ensuring that the firms partnership accounting procedures are adhered to across the network, and assisting with the Global Partner data base.
As The Partnership Accountant Assistant you will be assisting in maintaining the global partner data base, and be responsible for preparing and reconciling monthly drawings payments and other partner payments along with internal recharges of expenses to partners.

You will also be involved in assisting the production of current account statements for statutory purposes and for partners in relevant currency and reconcile these to the non-ledger records where relevant.

The role will involve reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts for partners, and having involvement with partner capital arrangements, you will also be liaising with the internal Audit team, and answering ad hoc partner questions.

To be successful in your application for Partnership Accountant Assistant you will need be part qualified in ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent and have professional partnership experience.

Skill sets for this role are having the ability to use own initiative, having strong organisation skills, and the ability to cope with demands and meet deadlines. You will also need to be intermediate Excel level.
