Part time legal PA
PART TIME LEGAL PA (Monday Friday 1.30pm 5.30pm) - £21,500
Are you an experienced legal PA looking to work for one of London's most prestigious law firms? If so then this is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable and hardworking legal PA to join a global law firm in the heart of the City on a part time basis. You'll find yourself supporting a team of high profile partners within the ever growing and forward thinking Litigation team. More involvement in your role? Busy and varied workload? As a litigation legal PA you will be responsible for:
- Full diary management for partner and fee earners
- All international travel arrangements and full itinerary preparation
- Amending and formatting of various legal documents and correspondence
- Monthly billing management for your lawyers
- Client liaison and relationship development
- Extensive meeting arrangements
- Assisting with any PowerPoint presentations for client development work
Key requirements:
- Previous solid Legal PA experience within a central London law firm
- Proactive and hardworking approach
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
