This award winning property firm are looking for a PA to support two of their Private Equity Partners. This role will be very focused around being the go to for these busy Partners and providing them with all-round support.


Duties required for this PA position but not limited to are:


  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms/venues, sending invites
  • Preparing required documentation for meetings
  • Taking and typing up minutes / action points (attending meetings when necessary)
  • Document production and management including occasional presentations, copy typing, audio typing, spreadsheet management
  • Professional correspondence - ensuring all correspondence, reports, documents etc
  • Conducting conflict checks
  • Domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Processing personal and credit card expenses
  • Inbox management (e.g. junk emails/rules/alerts) and organising contacts address book
  • Responding to and forwarding of email correspondence as appropriate.


To be successful in your application for this PA position you will need:


  • Experience as a PA or Team Secretary in a Professional Services environment is essential
  • Experience of supporting a Partner is also essential
  • Copy typing and audio dictation is highly desirable
  • Hold a forward thinking attitude and highly organised
  • Be within a commutable distance from South West London
