An exciting opportunity has arisen for a super organised, solutions orientated PA to join a fantastic not for profit organisation based in the heart of the City.
Working as part of a small, but perfectly formed team, supporting a charming CEO, this is an excellent position for a talented and experienced PA who loves using their own initiative and working with autonomy.
You'll love being the 'go to person' and juggling lots of tasks at once - from coordinating complex travel and carrying out high level research one minute, to fixing the photocopier the next you'll need to be a multi-tasker extraordinaire. The key areas of responsibility include:
- Proactive diary and expense management
- Meeting coordination and preparation (agendas/papers/research)
- Inbox management
- International travel arrangements
- Event coordination
- Update CRM system and internal trackers
- HR admin for new starters
- Point of contact for US head office queries
- Preparation of presentations, documents and reports
- Office management
To be successful in this PA role, you will need:
- Strong previous experience as a PA supporting at senior exec level
- Experience of working in an SME environment
- Excellent IT skills
- First class communication skills
- Able to work with lots of highly confidential information
- Immediately available and able to commit to a 12 month FTC role
