An exciting opportunity has arisen for a super organised, solutions orientated PA to join a fantastic not for profit organisation based in the heart of the City.

Working as part of a small, but perfectly formed team, supporting a charming CEO, this is an excellent position for a talented and experienced PA who loves using their own initiative and working with autonomy.

You'll love being the 'go to person' and juggling lots of tasks at once - from coordinating complex travel and carrying out high level research one minute, to fixing the photocopier the next you'll need to be a multi-tasker extraordinaire. The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Proactive diary and expense management
  • Meeting coordination and preparation (agendas/papers/research)
  • Inbox management
  • International travel arrangements
  • Event coordination
  • Update CRM system and internal trackers
  • HR admin for new starters
  • Point of contact for US head office queries
  • Preparation of presentations, documents and reports
  • Office management



To be successful in this PA role, you will need:

  • Strong previous experience as a PA supporting at senior exec level
  • Experience of working in an SME environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • First class communication skills
  • Able to work with lots of highly confidential information
  • Immediately available and able to commit to a 12 month FTC role
