Are you AAT qualified and keen to embark on your ACCA qualification? Look no further as a top accountancy firm are looking for an Outsourcing Executive to join their accounts team based in the City of London. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a firm that can offer many opportunities for career growth and progression.

As the Outsourcing Executive, you will be the first point of contact for the clients, assisting them with use of accounting systems and building strong positive relationships.

Your main responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

• Providing a wide range of accounting services such as bookkeeping, VAT returns and preparation of management accounts
• Training junior team members and delegating work where appropriate to encourage learning and development
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, cash flows and forecasts
• Preparing year end audit files for clients and liaising with other departments such as audit, tax and payroll

The successful Outsourcing Executive applicant will have:

• AAT qualification and pursuing further qualification such as ACCA/ACA/CIMA
• At least 2 years' experience working in a practice environment
• Good bookkeeping skills and understanding of VAT and corporate tax
• Previous experience of management accounts preparation
• Excellent IT Skills, particularly MS Excel
