An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Operations Administrator to join an market leading, global business based in stunning offices in the heart of Birmingham City centre. Working as part of a friendly and dynamic team, this temporary Administrator role is available with an immediate start and will run through until Christmas.

This Administrator role is a key function within a very busy and fast paced department. The Administrator will be responsible for providing a wide range of admin tasks including:

- Supporting recruitment for the division
- Supporting on-boarding of new team members
- Updating CRM systems and databases with personnel information
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Raising monthly invoices
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting project work

This Administrator role is a great opportunity to gain some first class exposure to a hugely respected business. To be successful in this Administrator role you will need:

- To be available immediately and happy to commit to the length of the assignment
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in an admin heavy role
- The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail
