This renowned business law firm are looking for a candidate to join their team in the City as an Office Service Assistant to provide a wide range of support.

As an Office Service Assistant you will be assist in tasks to ensure the smooth run of the Office Services team. You will also be working in a team allowing you to gain invaluable experience and a numerous amount of skills.

Your duties as an Office Service Assistant will consist of:

  • Co-ordination, storage and administration of archiving and retrieval
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Distribution of Royal Mail and Internal Mail within a targeted timescale
  • Binding of documents
  • Preparing documents
  • Booking and logging couriers
  • Outdoor clerk duties
  • Ad hoc duties as required

To be a successful candidate for the Office Service Assistant you will need:

  • Great communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to work well within a team
  • Have a pro-active approach
  • Experience of working in a law firm is ideal, but wider professional services sector experience considered
  • Good IT skills
  • Capable of lifting and carrying heavy boxes
