Marketing & Events Executive

A City based law firm are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing & Events Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and are a vital part in delivering hand on support to a busy team to deliver the firms objectives effectively.

As the Executive you will be driving marketing and business development projects, managing events from beginning to end, assist in growing the business and also developing the firms reputation and market profile.

The successful Executive would be involved in:

• Maintaining the CRM system while being an expert user
• Using the CRM system to identify business opportunities
• Work closely with the Partners/Associates from end to end event execution which includes seminars and corporate hospitality
• Analyse and report on feedback from events
• Edit and publish news articles on the firms website using their content management systems
• Work collaboratively with the MBD team to create marketing collateral which will include pitches
• Produce rankings analysis of results

The ideal candidate will have experience within Professional Services marketing and a partnership environment, good organisational skills as well as having a proactive attitude!
