Marketing & Business Development Manager - Litigation

The main responsibilities of the role will include:
*Identifying key clients for focused business development activities and issues around which brand building campaigns will be deployed
*Planning and implementing marketing and business development activities in support of revenue generation and profile
*Help direct the marketing/BD budgets and spend.
*Supporting with revenue growth and business development, including, targeting, market research and responding to RFPs and developing pitch proposals
*Identifying synergies with other areas of the firm and practice groups, to ensure that partners are collaborating globally where suitable to win work and raise profile.
This role requires that you have strong leadership and managerial skills, commercial sense and confidence, and the ability to understand the needs and expectations of the attorneys and clients. As the Marketing and Business Development Manager you would be team-orientated, able to collaborate successfully and have good problem solving skills.
This is a senior role and requires candidates to have existing experience of working in a law or accountancy firm in a Business Development manager position. Any experience in working across EMEA will be highly beneficial. If you have these necessary skills, then you may be suitable for this role.
