A leading firm of Patent Attorneys are currently recruiting a new position within the marketing team in their London based office for a Marketing and Business Development Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. Within this role you will be working closely with the director of Marketing and BD as well as the manager in a role that will give you a huge amount of variety and scope to develop your career. If you've been working as an assistant within BD & Marketing, then this is a great opportunity to take a step up in your career.

Your main duties will include:

• Assisting with the production of comms across social media platforms and the firms website.
• Planning, coordinating and controlling the events that the firm have organised such as exhibitions or client meetings.
• Updating and preparing practice related materials and help gather information and produce documents for the firms pitches.
• Researching and conducting analysis on the firms clients and other organisations such as competitors.

There are a few requirements that the firm would ideally like you to have for your application to be successful, they are the following;

Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent
• Some understanding of BD and marketing practices and processes
• Professional service experience would be a plus.
• Strong IT skills such as, Microsoft packages.
