M&A Senior Associate / VP - London

We are pleased to be working with an international Corporate Finance boutique in London, which focuses on growing companies in preparation for exit. The team supports owners of digital agencies, IT and consulting firms, engineering consultancies and investors in preparing for sale as well as executing the transaction. Deal sizes range from £5m - £100m with a sweet spot of around £15m - £20m, and 85%-90% of the work is M&A driven.

They are now looking for an experienced Senior Associate / VP to join them who will be a key contributor to a rapidly growing and highly collaborate advisory team. As an accomplished M&A professional you will be executing M&A assignments, performing complex modelling and valuation analyses, leading due diligence activities, developing client marketing materials, including information memorandums and management presentations, and identifying and building relationships with new and existing clients.

Ideally, you will have gained between 3-5 years of experience within an M&A focused role, preferably sell-side, and those with strong transaction services and related corporate finance experience will also be considered. You will have solid financial modelling and valuations experience, with an accounting/audit background, and will have gained at least a 2.1 for your degree.
