M&A Manager - London

A worldwide organisation have a live requirement in their London office for an M&A/Corporate Finance Manager in their London office.

As a Manager in the M&A team you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects on a daily basis alongside growing and extending relationships with new and existing clients. As part of a sector agnostic team, you will have developed a variety of sector knowledge and will have an abundance of experience in both buy-side and sell-side engagements.

Your duties on a daily basis will include:

• Managing and leading a variety of M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side
• Scope, prepare and review complex financial models
• Assist and work alongside the Partner, Directors and Assistant Directors in developing new services stream methods
• Assist in recruitment, training and motivation of employees within the Corporate Finance team

In order to be right for the role you will need to have a minimum of 2/3 years experience working on sell-side and buy-side corporate finance lead advisory projects. You will be ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified for the role.
