This new exciting opportunity has derived from an award winning law firm where you will become a Team Administrator providing high quality support to lawyers within the department. As a Team Administrator you will be proactively contributing to the department and help the Firm's success by actively seeking to improve the working process. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Legal PA's in the department to start progressing your career.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Administrator are:

  • Inbox management
  • Liaising with Archives/General Office department
  • Liaising with the General Office arranging couriers
  • Monitoring the validity of the departments intranet page
  • Provide support to the Paralegals
  • Client ID checks

To be a successful candidate you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 GCES's/O'Level equivalent A-C in English and Maths
  • Advanced knowledge of applications such as MS Office Suite
  • At least 6 months' work experience within a professional services environment
  • Ideally hold a CILEx or ILEX Legal Secretary qualification
  • High organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
