This global law firm are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their Watford offices to work in the Dispute Resolutions team on a permanent basis.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join an award winning firm and gain fantastic experience as you will be responsible for assisting the team in all of the below.
Creating/amending documents and letters
Collating billing guides, drafting narratives and covering letters to clients / liaising with accounts team on
Updating/adding contacts to InterAction
Photocopying, filing and scanning
Daily email management
Taking telephone calls, dealing with queries where able or otherwise communicating these to fee earner
Submitting fee earner expense claims and arranging travel
To be successful in your application for the Legal Secretary position you must have worked in a similar position previously either in a smaller local firm or in a bigger firm as a Team Assistant or Administrator and looking to take the next step into a Legal Secretary position. Skill sets required are fast and accurate typing skills, ability to turn around large documents at speed, and have strong organisational skills. You must also be happy to work in Watford.
