If so - this Legal PA role is perfect for you!

Starting immediately, in an ongoing capacity, this temporary Legal PA role is supporting a Real Estate team who are at the top of their game. They are very busy and very successful and need a temporary Legal PA who is super organised, super-efficient and super in control.

This Legal PA role will certainly keep you on your toes, but you'll be working with a team who will make you feel extremely welcome and who will be very grateful for your expert assistance.

The successful candidate for this Legal PA role will have strong transactional experience of working in Real Estate.

The remit of the role includes:

• Proactive diary management for the team and Partners
• Coordination of meetings - client and in-house
• Client liaison
• Travel arrangements - domestic and international - producing detailed itineraries
• Full support of the monthly billing cycle
• Producing client letters and documents, opening and closing client files
• Carrying out searches and completing standard forms

The successful Legal PA will have:

• Excellent IT skills - advanced user of MS Office
• Fast & accurate audio and copy typing skills
• Strong previous experience of working as a Legal PA - real estate experience is a must
• Fantastic document and billing experience
