Are you an experienced Legal PA with excellent transactional experience in Real Estate? Are you available immediately and looking for your next temporary assignment? Would you like to work for a very successful Real Estate team who are extremely dynamic, friendly and professional? If so; this temporary Legal PA role is for you!

Starting immediately, this Legal PA role will be busy and varied. The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in supporting with the transactional elements of a Real Estate team. The main remit of the role will include:

• Diary management and meeting coordination
• Travel arrangements
• High level document production via audio and copy typing
• Property searches
• Complete documentation on Laserforms to be filed
• Preparation of bills

To be successful in this Legal PA role you will need:

• Proven experience of Legal PA work gained in a fast paced real Estate department
• Typing speed of 70 wpm
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience of completing Laser forms, land registry searches and Searchflow
• Fantastic communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
