Calling all immediately available Legal PAs with Litigation experience! I have an ongoing temporary role available, working for a fantastic Litigation team at a hugely successful Global law firm based in the City.

The firm are very well known and have a superb reputation and an enviable portfolio of clients. Their culture is dynamic, progressive and forward thinking and they are very down to earth and friendly.

This temporary Legal PA role is available to start at the beginning of November and in an ongoing capacity. You'll be supporting a team of fee earners and 1 Partner within a Corporate Litigation team.

The main remit of the role includes:

• Proactive diary management
• Coordination of internal and client meetings
• Travel arrangements
• Preparation of a range of client documents and letters
• Supporting the monthly billing process
• Processing expenses for the team
• Producing presentations and reports
• Liaising with clients

If this temporary Legal PA role is of interest, you will need to be able to commence at the beginning of November and commit to an ongoing temporary role. You'll also need:

• Strong experience working as a Legal PA
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Experience of billing
• Excellent communication skills
• High levels of attention to detail
