Calling all immediately available Legal PA's! Are you looking for your next temporary Legal PA assignment? Would you like to work in stunning offices in the heart of the City? Is a fun, friendly, professional and supportive environment important to you? If so, this temporary Legal PA role is perfect for you!

Due to continued growth and success, this leading law firm are looking for a talented and experienced Legal PA to join their Commercial group.

The main remit of the role will include:

• Proactive diary management for the Partner and Fee Earners
• Coordination of internal and external meetings
• Preparation of a range of client documents and letters
• Travel arrangements
• Supporting the billing process
• Ad-hoc support such as assisting in client presentations and bids

In order to be successful in this Legal PA role, you will need:

• Strong previous experience of working as a Legal PA - exposure to Commercial would be ideal, but other areas of law would be considered
• Fast and accurate audio and copy typing skills
• Experience of supporting with billing
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive 'can do' approach
• Fantastic IT skills

You'll need to be available to work from the beginning of May and happy to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment.
