Legal Biller

 

I am working closely with a client on an interim Experience Biller role. It is an exceptional and unique opportunity to join a Finance Team that has a dynamic and innovative approach to work.

Key responsibilities:

  • To distribute monthly WIP reports.
  • Prepare draft bills for review.
  • Finalising bills via Aderant.
  • Preparing and managing e-bills submissions.
  • Provide support to the credit control and send monthly Aged Debt reports.
  • Oversee any billing queries.
  • Maintain timekeepers and rates in system.
  • Process bills in compliance with SAR and VAT rules.

Key skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to professional consult with staff at all levels.
  • Highly organised, methodical and with great attention to detail.
  • Work well autonomously and cooperatively in a team.
  • IT literate - especially with Aderant.
  • Previous experience working in a busy legal billing team environment
