Lead Advisory Manager - Unique Opportunity!
A growing and busy advisory practice is looking to bolster up its corporate finance team in London after they hired several highly reputable originating Partners from the Big 4 and major consultancies. The pipeline of new transactions coming through to London is now looking very healthy.
The team are originating a broad range of transactions including buy and sell-side M&A work, MBOs and fund-raisers that typically range between £10m - £100m in size although some deals are at the £300m mark in value. More recently the team has introduced some special situations work. With a strong pipeline of new engagements, the need to hire experienced lead advisors who can deliver lead advisory services on each deal is imperative for the department to progress forward. Clients include Directors, shareholders and financial stakeholders across a range of sectors.
With offices placed strategically across the UK, there is the opportunity to join the London, Bristol or Manchester offices, although some travel between offices will be expected.
You will have gained at least 2 years lead advisory experience, ideally within a professional services environment although those with relevant advisory/M&A experience will be received well. You may have completed the ACA/ACCA or equivalent and will have a strong academic background, having achieved at least a 2.1 at degree level.

You will be acting as number 2 to the partner in London and will have an air of gravitas, with excellent execution ability and a penchant for business development.
