Key client account manager
An international law firm have a newly created role with their BD function for an ambitious client development professional. The role will revolve around managing one of the firms largest key accounts and work very closely with partners across the firm.
Take the lead on being the outward face of the firm with the key client, delivering on key client initiatives and forming an integral part of the client delivery team.
Supply expert industry knowledge and market trends to the client, working in tandem to deliver on projected growth targets.
Manage the annual client planning review process and providing transparent action points.
Work with client partners on effective new and existing initiatives to increase revenue & work with the wider BD team to deliver on the global client plan.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of client relationship management from within professional services. We are open whether this individual has
