Junior Compliance Officer

A Top London law firm are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join them on a 12 month FTC.

Initially this role will focus on conflicts and AML:

Conflicts- performing checks against the firm's client matter database and undertaking false positive reduction analysis

AML- registering new clients and matters, effectively identifying and verifying clients and then produce an AML checklist with supporting research. You will be carrying out sanction checks for new clients and matters and assisting in managing the firm's anti-money laundering compliance risks.

Other tasks in this role will include handling administrative task linked to your role, undertake ongoing AML monitoring of high risk clients and a number of other ad hoc tasks.

For this Compliance Officer role you will need to have a Law degree/qualification and be experienced working in a similar role within a professional organisation.
